January 3, 1938 7:30 P.M.
The regular monthly meeting of the Library Board was called to
order with the following members "present: Mr. Churchill, Mrs. Lawler,
Mrs. Degel, Mrs. Braasch, Mr. Bach, Dr. Sheridan, Mr. Frank.
The minutes of the previous meetings were read, corrected and,
ordered filed.
The Librarian's monthly report was accepted and ordered filed.
The Mayor and City Attorney were present and discussed the bond
issuedate. It was moved by Mr. Frank, and seconded by Mrs. Braasch
that the Board sanction the deQision of the Common Council in regard
to the date of the bond issue, as for March 25. Upon roll call the
motion was unanimously carried.
Motion was made by Dr. Sheridan and seconded by Mr. B~ch that
the matter of accepting bid, for Yearly Book Bulletin be left to the
Book Committee with power to ~ct. Carried. ~,
The following bills were allowed:
