Minutes of February 10, 1972 Board Meeting
The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Trustees was called
to order by Dr. Johnson with the following members present:
Mrs. Bayrd, Dr. Bernstein, Mr. Ellingwood, and Mr. Humpke. Mr.
Jerome Reising from ~he Rochester Post Bulletin was present.
Miss Goedert gave a report on a new film inspection machine. She
was instructed to proceed with normal bidding procedures.
Miss Goedert introduced Mrs. Marian Maas, a new employee in
Technical Processing.
Dr. Bernstein moved that the Minutes be approved as mailed.
Seconded by Mr. Ellingwood. Motion carried.
Mrs. Bayrd moved that the Bills be approved. Dr. Bernstein seconded.
Motion carried.
Mr. Ellingwood moved that the Monthly Renort be anproved. Mrs.
Bayrd seconded. Motion carried.
Mr. Richmond gave a progress report on the new building.
Mr. Humpke gave a Building Subcommittee report. Tentative time
schedule:
February 24, 1972 Construction drawings finished.
March 16, 1972 Bids let L
Au!!'ust15, 1972 Construction substantially complete.
There was a general discussion of the 6omplications run into, and
floor layout changes. ,.
It was moved that the revised preliminary plans be approved. Motion
by Mr. Ellingwood. Seconded by Dr. Bernstein. Motion carried.

It was suggested that Mrs. Keller ho l.d.ih er- Extension report until
March.
The meeting adjourned.
The next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees will be held
on March 9, 1972.
